Minis éclairs with smoked trout

INGREDIENTS

ready-to-use éclair paste
40% white cheese
smoked trout cubes
dill
lemon juice
salt pepper

PREPARATION

1 Prepare the éclair pastry.
2 Form dough and cook for 15 minutes.
3 Mix the cheese, the trout cubes and the lemon. Season and taste.
4 Cut the éclairs in half and stuff them with the white cheese mixture.
5 Close the éclairs and cool before serving.

TIP

Add shredded cheese on top at the end of cooking
