200 g grated Emmentaler cheese
50 g cherry tomatoes, halved
100 g mascarpone
3 slices of smoked trout cut into strips
1 Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th.6).
2 In a bowl, break the eggs and mix them with mascarpone and Emmental.
3 Place the dough in a buttered pan. Stick it with a fork over the entire surface.
4 Pour in egg, mascarpone and Emmental mixture.
5 Add cherry tomatoes and smoked trout strips.
6 Spread well over the whole pie and sprinkle with Emmental.
7 Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
As you wish, accompany with a green salad. Serve hot or cold.
