1 jar of miniature green asparagus
2 c. Olive oil
8 small slices of bread type Ciabatta (or sliced cereal bread)
1 small garlic clove
125 g of fresh cheese
2 slices of smoked trout
3 sprigs of fresh dill
1 C. Black sesame seeds (or if not golden)
salt and pepper
1 Drain the miniature green asparagus and leave it whole.
2 Peel and squeeze the garlic.
3 In a frying pan, sauté the asparagus in the olive oil and the lemon juice.
4 Brown the bread in the same skillet with a touch of olive oil.
5 Rub the bread with a little garlic then spread it generously with fresh cheese.
6 Wrap the small asparagus in 2 cm trout strips and place them on the Bruschettas.
7 Season with salt and pepper, a drizzle of olive oil and dill.
For the gourmands, add pieces of nuts to the cheese.
