The Ovive trout, raised in Aquitaine, mostly in the great forest of the Landes de Gascogne, have been selected from an area with exceptional quality of water. They guarantee a great freshness and flavors at the same time subtle and authentic. Ovive trout are smoked fresh on beech wood. The most beautiful slices are then selected and presented with separating spacers.
On our packaging you will find: the name of the breeder, the breeding place, the river, the date of fishing and the date of smoking.
