Smoked trout carpaccio with sichuan pepper


Share a moment of fine delight with this preparation. These fine marinated slices of trout, with soft and melting flesh, smoked with beech wood, wait for your palate to release their subtle aromas.

Our carpaccio of smoked trout is presented in very thin slices, sprinkled with spices and aromatics including Sichuan pepper.

1 pod of lemon oil (60% olive oil, 25% rapeseed oil) is available inside the packaging to enhance the carpaccio.

Count 100 g of product in entry for 3 to 4 persons.

Enjoy with a green salad, basil and Parmesan cheese.
