Smoked trout with piment d’espelette


These Ovive trout are raised in the pure waters of the Nive des Aldudes, site selected in the heart of the Basque Country for the quality of its waters by the brothers Pettan and Xabi Harispe.

As for the flavors, they benefit from optimal breeding and feeding conditions in order to guarantee you an authentic subtly taste.

The product is sprinkled with Piment d’Espelette after being smoked on beech wood.

A real product of terroir with incomparable character!

Count 100 g for 2 or 3 persons.
